We meet individuals where they are. Through our harm reduction services we provide narcan, fentanyl testing strips, and clean needles for those with substance dependencies.
Point of care testing
These types of test can range from family planning to everyday glucose levels. These on-site test provide quick and comprehensive health evaluations.
LAB TESTING & DIAGNOSTICS
Test ordered by physicians or required to manage and treat chronic illnesses can be done in the comfort of a clients home or in our mobile locations for safe and easy collection.

WOMEN'S HEALTH
Healthi-HER is an empowering health program by BioMedCare Diagnostics, specifically designed for women of color. It provides essential diagnostic services such as cholesterol, glucose, and STI testing, coupled with health education, family planning resources, and community engagement events. Healthi-HER creates a safe, supportive environment to address health disparities and improve health outcomes, fostering wellness and resilience through comprehensive, accessible care for women in Southern California.
RE-ENTRY SERVICES
Formerly incarcerated individuals have a 12 times higher risk of death in the first two weeks after release compared to the general population, often due to limited access to healthcare and increased rates of chronic conditions.Healthi+Horizons aims to be a beacon of support, helping formerly incarcerated individuals rebuild their lives through holistic health support and resources that address immediate and long-term health needs.
HARM REDUCTION
HUMAN+KIND is a harm reduction program designed to meet individuals where they are, providing critical resources and support to those with substance dependencies. Through HUMAN+KIND, we distribute Narcan, fentanyl test strips, clean needles, and other essential supplies to help prevent further harm and promote safety. Our program is dedicated to reducing the risks associated with substance use, offering immediate and compassionate assistance to individuals in need, and fostering a healthier, more supportive community.
testing & prevention
HEALTHI+BODIES is a comprehensive program offering on-site rapid STI checks alongside other point-of-care tests, such as glucose, anemia, and family planning. Designed to prevent the spread of communicable diseases, HEALTHI+BODIES provides immediate health insights that can enhance lifespan, improve quality of life, and increase access to healthcare. The program also includes educational services and distributes free condoms and disease prevention materials to support informed health choices and promote overall well-being.
Mobile dIAGNOSTICS
HEALTHI+LABS is a program dedicated to supporting medically needy, uninsured, and underinsured individuals through mobile lab specimen collection for essential diagnostic testing. This service is crucial for those with chronic illnesses or at risk of developing chronic conditions, as it ensures they receive necessary medical diagnostic tests in a convenient and accessible manner. By providing these critical testing services, LifeLine aids in the ongoing monitoring and management of health conditions, contributing to better health outcomes and improved quality of life for those we serve.
HEALTHI+HOPE
Operation HEALTHI+HOPE is a quarterly initiative dedicated to providing comprehensive support to communities deeply affected by substance dependence and homelessness. Through a collaborative approach, we combine the efforts of our harm reduction program, HUMAN+KIND, and our preventative care services, HEALTHI+BODIES, to deliver holistic care and essential services.
Key Services Provided:HUMAN+KINDS: Harm reduction services aimed at minimizing the adverse health, social, and legal impacts of drug use without requiring abstinence. HEALHTI+BODIES: Preventative care services focusing on health education, disease prevention, and early intervention.In addition to these critical health services, Operation HEALTHI+HOPE offers:
Clean Clothing: Access to clean clothing to enhance dignity and self-esteem.Nutritious Food: Healthy meals and snacks to support physical well-being.Case Management: Personalized assistance to connect individuals with housing, employment, and other vital resources.By addressing both immediate needs and long-term well-being, Operation HEALTHI+HOPE strives to create a supportive and empowering environment for those facing the dual challenges of substance dependence and homelessness.
