jOCELYNE mARTIN
President and Co-Founder
Jocelyne Martin is a seasoned human services professional with 20 years of experience across various sectors, including support for formerly incarcerated individuals, the medically fragile, developmentally delayed, and those with substance use disorders. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Organizational Management from Purdue Global, she advanced her executive career as an administrator of a medical homeless shelter. Jocelyne is deeply committed to leadership, community, and advocacy, principles that have guided her throughout her career. She is pursuing a Master's in Social Enterprise Management . As the co-founder and President of Healthi+Humans, a dba of BioMedCare Diagnostics, Jocelyne brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role.
Mayah Martin
Vice President, Co- Founder
Mayah Martin is the co-founder of HEALTHI+HUMANS, a dba of BioMedCare Diagnostics and a sophomore at a local Cal State University, where she is studying Public Relations. Inspired by her personal story and a passion for helping others, Mayah pursued a career in phlebotomy. She and her mother became certified phlebotomists, graduating at the top of their class. Mayah is dedicated to creating change within her community through action, leadership, and a personal touch. With experience in health-related services, she is focused on bringing equity to healthcare in Southern California. Mayah aims to graduate with her Bachelor’s degree in 2027, continuing her mission to improve community health outcomes.

Denise Robinson-Martin
Consulting Nursing Director
Denise Robinson-Martin is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner and medical professional with over 40 years of service, specializing in women’s health, high-risk pregnancies, and addressing health disparities among vulnerable populations. With a Master's of Nursing from California State University, Long Beach, Denise has dedicated more than three decades of her career to supporting women and children in some of Los Angeles’ most underserved communities. Her role with the Los Angeles County Department of Health included certifications in Public Health and Risk Management, further enhancing her expertise in managing the complex needs of at-risk groups. Denise's extensive experience and compassionate approach to care make her an invaluable asset to any healthcare team.

Laboratory Director
Dr. Maxine Ingham is a seasoned medical professional with over 40 years of experience. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina, followed by a Master’s in Public Health, blending clinical expertise with a strong foundation in population health. Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Ingham has served diverse communities, including military personnel, elderly patients, and families, consistently providing compassionate and knowledgeable care. Her dedication extends to research and leadership, having served as a medical director and overseen various community health projects. Dr. Ingham’s commitment to advancing healthcare outcomes and her deep community roots make her a trusted leader in the field.
